Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at support@wellperform.co. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 

Custom & Replica Belt Policy (Very Important)

Our championship belts are replica collector items and many are custom-produced.

Because of this:

  • Personalized belts (nameplates, custom text, special designs) are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, plate finish, or strap design may occur due to the handmade and replica nature of the product  these are not considered defects.
  • Returns will not be accepted due to buyer’s change of mind, wrong choice, or misunderstanding of size/design.

 

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your belt arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  1. The product
  2. Packaging
  3. Shipping label

We will review and offer a replacement or solution if approved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom belts
  • Personalized nameplate belts
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you must return the item (approved first), and place a new order.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU orders only, customers may request a return within 14 days only if the belt is not customized or personalized and is unused.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
